**About the Role**



We are seeking an experienced CNC Laser Setter / Operator to work the night shift on our production floor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC laser machines, ensuring accuracy and quality in parts produced, and maintaining a safe working environment.



**Salary and Benefits**



The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,500, plus shift allowance (£33.5k-£38.5k), holiday pay, and a monthly attendance bonus. You will also be entitled to a pension scheme.



**Job Description**



Our ideal candidate will have proficiency in reading engineering and technical drawings, experience setting and operating CNC laser machines, and familiarity with lean manufacturing processes. They will be able to work from engineering drawings to set and operate CNC laser machines, ensuring accuracy and quality in parts produced, and maintaining a safe working environment.



**Required Skills and Qualifications**





  2. Proficiency in reading engineering and technical drawings

  3. Experience setting and operating CNC laser machines

  4. Familiarity with lean manufacturing processes
