About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Manager at one of our newly acquired stores in Canterbury. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch and staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer and patient care, and driving the pharmacy strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the branch and staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and patient care.
  • Perform patient-facing duties, including Pharmacy First and Advanced services, and NHS services.
  • Provide expert advice and reassurance to patients, while delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.
  • Conduct regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety.
  • Build pharmacy capability within the store team and drive the pharmacy strategy forward.
Requirements
  • Qualified Pharmacist with GPHC registration.
  • Open to all experience levels.
  • Hard-working and vaccine competent.
  • Clinical-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Monday to Friday working hours (09:00-18:00).
  • Saturday working hours (09:00-13:00).
  • Competitive salary range (£50,000-£55,000).
