Health and Social Care Profession Developer

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Professional to join our team as an Apprenticeship Assessor. This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek, offering a salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
About the RoleThis role requires experience in delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5, with a recognized Assessor award such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA. You will also need good ICT skills, confidence in delivering Maths and English Functional Skills, and a full driving licence for travel.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5, including Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
You should possess excellent organisational skills, confidence, and professionalism, with the ability to inspire and motivate people and drive quality outcomes.
