Working as part of the nursing physical health team within brain injury, this role combines pre-existing mental and physical health skills to promote health and wellbeing to our service users.
The aim of this role is to build and maintain positive working relationships between our services and local GP's and other external healthcare providers. This ensures that the people we care for and their physical health needs are addressed in a timely and expert way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing and undertaking a wide range of physical health monitoring.
