We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Anaesthetist to lead our team in providing high-quality anaesthetic services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing anaesthetic resources across the hospital, working closely with our team of Consultants and the hospital's Medical Director.

• Provide anaesthetic services to support elective orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, oral surgery, ophthalmology, gynaecology, pain services, and endoscopy.
• Manage anaesthetic resources across the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Contribute to the development of Clinical Quality Standards and participate in our audit and clinical governance programme.
• Work closely with our team of Consultants and the hospital's Medical Director to drive service improvements and quality enhancements.

• Current registration with the GMC's specialist register of anaesthetists.
• Several years' experience, with at least 2 years within the UK.
• Commitment to ongoing medical education and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to service improvements.
