About the Role

Tila Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the successful delivery of building surveying and project management services
  • Develop new client relationships and lead portfolio instructions
  • Identify Building Consultancy opportunities and contribute to business growth and profitability
  • Deliver on the department's strategy and quality assurance
  • Drive change to meet market demands and maintain company insurance procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be MRICS qualified with commercial surveying experience. You should have a good understanding of professional and project-based building surveying, including basics of local and broader property markets.

You will also need to be adept at building and maintaining business and client relationships, providing clear written communication, and possess strong computer skills. A good understanding of company insurance procedures is also essential.
