About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Sciensus. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer a range of chemotherapy treatments, including haematological and solid tumour medications, in accordance with patient care plans.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide holistic care to patients in their own homes.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
  • Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and demonstrate expertise in cytotoxic drug administration.

Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with experience in administering cytotoxic drugs.
  • Ability to cannulate and conduct clinical assessments.
