The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and leading a high-performing Reward function, covering all aspects of Compensation and Benefits for employees across the organization.


Reporting directly to the CPO, the Senior Reward Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Initial review and analysis of the business to assess requirements
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Reward strategy
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate concepts into implementation
  • Providing crucial data, analytics, and insights to inform business decisions


The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, the ability to draw insights from data, and communicate complex ideas effectively.


This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Leeds office a minimum of 2 days a week.


The Senior Reward Strategist will be a core member of the People Leadership team and wider leadership group across the business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a competitive edge through industry knowledge and market trends
  • Reviewing and updating the benefits package
  • Collecting and reviewing employee feedback
  • Developing and implementing incentive schemes across multiple business units


The ideal candidate will have a strategic and creative approach to reward management, with the ability to deliver complex projects in expedited timeframes.
