About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to join our dynamic and inclusive school in Ealing.

As an SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting children with SEMH needs across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring they are able to engage with the curriculum and thrive in their learning environment.

This full-time, long-term position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with classroom teachers and the school's SENCo to deliver tailored support, both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs in Key Stage 1 and 2.
  • Supporting the social and emotional development of students, helping them to build resilience and positive behaviour patterns.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting back to teachers, parents, and SENCo on students' development.
