CNC Miller - Setter, Operator, Programmer Job Opportunity

JRS Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller - Setter, Operator, Programmer to join their team at a local manufacturer.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in precision engineering, with experience working with Fanuc, Siemens, and/or Mazatrol controls, as well as 3 or 5-axis milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture components for the Nuclear, Power Generation, and Aerospace industries
  • Work to tight precision tolerances
  • Operate a wide range of soft, hard, and exotic metals
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship trained, time served, NVQ level 3, or higher
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
