Join Our Team as a Pharmacist Functional Assessor

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the functional capacity of patients and providing recommendations for their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional capacity
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide clear and concise recommendations for patient care

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per annum
  • A £2,000 bonus after one year of service
  • Ongoing bonus of up to 10% of salary
  • Part-time and hybrid work options available

Requirements:

  • Qualified Pharmacist with a strong clinical background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
