About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team as a Biodiversity and ESIA Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability and experience in addressing ESG risks and opportunities on international projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement biodiversity management plans and action plans
  • Conduct ESIA and ESDD studies, including developing project reports
  • Apply IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles for ESIA/ESDD and/or biodiversity projects
  • Support corporates in developing biodiversity/nature-positive strategies
  • Work under international and local guidelines/legislation
  • Collaborate with other consultants and associates, including support to junior consultants
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure report requirements are met
  • Manage project budgets and schedules
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops
  • Represent the firm at meetings with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
