About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Director to join our team. As a Senior Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading our technical management team, driving technical excellence, and overseeing the delivery of effective design and technical management across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the technical management team, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and supply chain partners, to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered successfully.
  4. Design and Technical Management: Ensure that all designs and technical deliverables are of the highest quality, and that they meet the required standards and regulations.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks on projects, ensuring that they are managed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant technical standards, regulations, and industry norms.
  7. Team Management: Manage and develop a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.

  • Technical Expertise: Proven technical expertise in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of technical standards, regulations, and industry norms.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of technical professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
