About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our partner network through direct outbound telemarketing and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the existing sales team to contribute to the continued growth of our trusted partner network.
  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies, with the goal of securing long-term partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with potential new partners through effective sales skills and communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and positive attitude.
  • Responsible for growing our business partner network through direct telemarketing.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience with the ability to sell to different types of customers.
  • Rapport building skills and strong opening and closing skills.
  • Ability to positively handle objections and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of holding down successful sales jobs and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Ability to use straight-line techniques to close sales and mirror customers.
