Facilities Technician Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team in Daventry/Northampton. As a key member of our retail maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of store facilities.
  • Perform Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPMs) tasks, such as Legionella testing, fire alarm checks, and sprinkler inspections. Training will be provided.
  • Conduct building inspections, including roof walks and comprehensive building checks.

  • A competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Holiday entitlement starts at 25 days plus a personal day, along with Bank holidays.

  • A retirement plan allows employees to save between 4-7% of their salary, which will be matched.
  • The yearly Bonus Scheme provides roughly 2-4% of basic salary.
  • 26 weeks of maternity leave and adoption leave, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, and 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
