Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Public Law Solicitor to join our team in East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of prosecution matters, including Environmental/Waste Prosecution and Food Hygiene Prosecutions.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our client's team and contribute to the enforcement of laws and regulations in the public sector. As a Public Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation in court proceedings, as well as managing your own caseload of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of prosecution matters
  • Provide expert advice and representation in court proceedings
  • Work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve outcomes


Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in public law
  • Experience in advocacy and case management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
