About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restart Advisor Position - Transformational Role to join our team at Ingeus. As a Restart Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals to secure meaningful employment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments and be able to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their full potential. Strong communication skills are essential to address diverse needs with flexibility, robustness, and creativity.

You will work closely with participants to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure sustainable employment. You will also meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider community.
