About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Waking Night Project Worker to join our team at Rosemont in Princes Risborough. As a Waking Night Project Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, responding to their support needs, illnesses, and emergencies.

You will also be responsible for providing personal care, health and safety tasks, and domestic chores such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing. This is a rewarding role that requires a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent support services and have a commitment to equality and diversity. You will need to be able to work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will be part of a dedicated team that delivers an excellent service to our residents. We offer a comprehensive training programme and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
