Asbestos Surveyor - Senior Role

Competitive Salary: £25,600 - £35,800 + Excellent Benefits Package

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in a senior role. The company has experienced significant growth in the last 5 years and is looking to expand its operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough asbestos surveys to identify and assess the risk of asbestos-containing materials

• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations

• Possess excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to produce concise and accurate reports

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• BHOS P402 qualification (additional qualifications are an advantage)

• 1-4 years of experience in asbestos surveying, with a salary range dependent on experience

• Full UK driving license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other relevant software
