Senior Maintenance Professional

**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Professional - Mechanical and Electrical to join our team at Russell Taylor Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including mechanical and electrical systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on company buildings and utilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Work closely with the engineering team to maintain high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and repair
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
