About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Martins House, a leading provider of retirement living services. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care that promotes the independence and dignity of our residents
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and address the needs of our residents, developing tailored care plans to meet their unique requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. We offer a competitive salary of £12.83 - 16.0 per hour, depending on experience, plus access to a range of benefits including Wagestream, Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, and Career Development Opportunities.

About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
