Residential Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at Mavrec Recruitment. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting properties and evaluating their conditions
  • Identifying potential issues or hazards and providing detailed reports
  • Conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys and associated valuations
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
  • Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • AssocRICS/ MRICS/FRICS with VRS
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
  • Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)
  • Equipment provided
  • Monday - Friday
  • 25 days + bank holidays
