Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist

Job Description:
A large organisation is seeking a Crane and Lifting Equipment Specialist to cover the Walsall area. The successful candidate will work on a Monday-Friday basis with flexible working hours, visiting client sites to ensure all equipment meets Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, service and repair various pieces of crane and lifting equipment.
- Work with a variety of industries, including Field Service, Manufacturing, Army, Navy, RAF, Distribution, Marine, Rail, Aeronautical, Automotive.
- Knowledge and understanding of LOLER & PUWER regulations.
- Work unsupervised and make decisions on equipment condition and future use.
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
- Strong relationship building skills and customer influence.

Requirements:
- HNC (or Equivalent) in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Marine or Automotive Engineering.
- Hands-on experience of maintaining, servicing and repairing crane and lifting equipment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
