About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Technician to join our engineering team at Speedy Services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine service inspections and maintenance tasks on overhead cranes and hoists.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on LOLER and PUWER compliance. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and addressing any issues that arise during maintenance tasks.

We require a qualified electrician with relevant industry experience and a full UK manual driving licence. You must be comfortable working at height and have a proven track record of maintaining complex lifting equipment.

Requirements
  • NVQ3, HNC, HND or C&G electrical engineering qualification
  • Relevant industry experience working with cranes and hoists
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
