We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Estate Agency that offers great earning potential and career growth.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary
  • £35,000 - £40,000 OTE

Requirements:

  • Highly ambitious and motivated individual
  • Previous experience in Sales or Lettings
  • Switched on and outgoing personality
  • Able to manage workload
  • Ful UK driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully negotiate offers & lets
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting customers & clients in the office
  • Registering customers
  • Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken
