Financial Management Specialist

Toyota Material Handling Europe is a leading manufacturer of materials handling equipment, providing quality sales and service support across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our Finance team in Slough.
About the RoleThis is a temporary role for 24 months, requiring the management of accounting and reporting functions, including financial and management accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll sections.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accounting data in accordance with agreed timetables and timely completion of the monthly financial close.
- Pay suppliers invoices/expenses in accordance with terms, with necessary approvals and recording.
- Production of monthly financial and management reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality accounting data within agreed timelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of the monthly financial close process.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and present monthly financial and management reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as company pension, sick pay, and employee assistance programme.
