We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care team at HMP Rye Hill, a category B Prison located in Rugby.

Salary: Up to £30,660 per annum

This is a full-time position that offers an annual salary up to £30,660 depending on experience. Our team provides broad support, including bespoke induction, competency framework, regional and national career development opportunities, learning management system, and support from the wider team.

Candidates must have a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and be subject to additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role.

Main Duties:

  • Provide exceptional patient care by personalizing treatment plans based on patient feedback and acting on their input.
  • Contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being, and clinics, and help patients with daily living activities and personal care.

You will deliver non-judgmental care in various settings, working closely with the nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Requirements:

  • You must be a qualified Nursing Associate with a passion for developing clinical skills in an ever-changing environment.
  • As a candidate, you should be able to demonstrate entry to the NMC register and showcase your ability to adapt to unique challenges in secure environments.
