Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activity Leader. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for leading groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips, creating a lively atmosphere during excursions, and ensuring the health and safety of all students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips, including cultural events, outdoor adventures, and educational excursions.
- Create a lively atmosphere during excursions, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that students have a positive and memorable experience.
- Take responsibility for the health and safety of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency procedures.
- Research and plan excursion destinations, lead guided tours, and provide interesting information and facts to students.
- Liaise with colleagues to discuss how to improve future activities and events, and provide a thorough handover after each activity or event to aid future planning.
- Attend and assist with large events, ensuring that all students are aware of and adhere to the EF behavior code.

- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive individual with a sociable and outgoing personality.
- Confident in leading and managing groups of students, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and thorough, with the ability to use initiative and work unsupervised.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure.
