The Role
This senior role will champion network connectivity on the global LEGO account, driving excellence across +50 markets. You'll provide critical feedback to the global operating model, ensuring seamless execution between global and local teams.
You'll work closely with the Group Director and Director on new project briefs, leading on selected projects and collaborating with markets to gather insights and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for global project briefs and client communications
- Supporting finance lead on the account, managing project budgets and forecasts
- Facilitating client annual awards processes and showcasing best practice case studies
- Driving process improvements and change management initiatives
- Collaborating with junior executives to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a global role, managing market relationships and driving change
- Strong project management skills, with ability to drive projects from conception to completion
- Excellent problem-solving approach, with a focus on innovation and improvement
- Positive attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables) and fluent in PowerPoint slide curation
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
