Compliance Assistant Opportunity

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assistant to join their Risk & Compliance department in their London office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-12 months experience within compliance from a law firm, with a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and practices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new clients and matters
  • Reviewing and updating client records to ensure compliance with AML regulations
  • Collaborating with the Risk & Compliance Officer to implement data cleansing projects and support day-to-day duties
  • Assisting with annual high-risk client reviews and updating KYC for long-standing clients

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
