Classroom Assistant

**Job Description**
We are seeking a Classroom Assistant to work with us in the North West region. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, find a long-term role, and explore what works best for you.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with excellent classroom and behavioural management skills. You will be passionate about helping young people learn and be able to work independently with minimal support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist teachers in supervising classes from KS1 to KS5
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Implement lesson plans written by class teachers
