Landscape Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Funds Officer to join our dedicated Client Funds Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients who have been assessed as lacking the capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs.

• Provide expert financial and administrative support to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and their money is used to give them the best possible quality of life.
• Collaborate with the Client Funds Team to gather complex financial and non-financial information to support applications for benefits, applications to Court, and annual reporting to the Office of the Public Guardian.
• Develop and implement sound financial plans, monitoring client budgets and safeguarding future financial needs.
• Travel throughout the county to meetings with clients, other council representatives, and outside organisations as required.
• Ensure compliance with national legislation, policies, and guidance related to welfare benefits and financial planning.
