Job Title: Regional Service Delivery Director

Estimated Salary Range: £38,000 - £50,000 Per Annum

We are looking for an experienced Regional Service Delivery Director to oversee our landscaping contracts across South East Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping services to our clients.

The Role:

As a Regional Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple landscaping contracts, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead site teams, develop client relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across South East Kent.
  • Deliver projects on time, to budget, and in line with client expectations.
  • Lead and manage site teams, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact.
  • Monitor contract performance, providing regular reports and updates.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of landscaping operations.
  • Previous experience managing multiple contracts and leading teams.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, contractor partnerships, and supplier connections.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and contract management.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel across South East Kent.
  • Commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards.
