Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Query Administrator to join our team. As an Invoice Query Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments within our Accounts Payable department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage payments within Oracle Cloud and banking platforms
  • Ensure SG&A invoices are approved and submitted for payment
  • Process and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
  • Manage vendor and supplier details
  • Monitor and review unvouchered items to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Open, review, and distribute physical post
  • Manage incidents and escalate when necessary
  • Work with internal teams to resolve carrier and vendor complaints
  • Review carrier statements to ensure accurate creditor balances
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable
  • Desirable: experience within the freight industry
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
