Job Description

As a key member of the Anson McCade team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the readiness of complex systems throughout their product lifecycle. The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager will oversee the design and development of supportability solutions, enhancing design and optimizing performance.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement ILS strategies to achieve key cost, time, and quality objectives.
  • Manage ILS activities to foster strong collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring effective supply chain, maintenance, and training solutions.
  • Integrate logistics into product design and development, establishing sustainable, cost-effective support.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong technical engineering background with logistics experience in complex systems.
  • Knowledge of military logistics or weapon systems support, including predictive logistics models and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
