We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Building Compliance Team at Community Housing. As a Safety Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring all controls are fully compliant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. A strong attention to detail is essential for this position, as you will be responsible for monitoring remedial works and ensuring records and certification are appropriately validated and recorded.

A key aspect of this role will be working closely with the Building Compliance Team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance compliance. If you are a motivated and self-disciplined individual with a passion for regulatory compliance, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of remedial works and certification
  • Monitor compliance levels across the organisation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance
