Project & Technical Services Manager

Senitor Associates is seeking a highly skilled Project & Technical Services Manager to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide effective project planning for new and maintenance jobs. As a dedicated and enthusiastic technical services team manager, you will have experience and knowledge working in an ICT support environment, as well as management and supervision of technical staff.

This is an office-based role in Huddersfield, where you will lead the service delivery and technical services team, ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the service delivery and technical services team to ensure efficient and high-quality processes and tasks
  • Providing service expertise and being the escalation point within the Service Delivery team on support and technical matters
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to maximize individual and team development, growth, competence, and succession
  • Overseeing the service to customers to ensure effective service delivery and service levels are met for timely response and quality resolution of problems and projects
  • Constantly monitoring and documenting recommendations formally via service delivery plan, including SLAs
  • Maintaining documentation and working with the Senior Management team on strategies, processes, and procedures
  • Having hands-on input and leading projects/tasks
  • Ensuring accurate inventory tracking, licensing, and asset management
  • Developing, generating, and analyzing operational and service performance reports and sharing with the Technical Services Team
