About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Controller to join our team at Trace - Expert Accountancy Recruitment. As a Fund Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our infrastructure fund, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of investment performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and review fund management information and reports on investment performance
  • Review and oversee the annual fund statutory accounts and audit process
  • Manage investor drawdowns, distributions, and equalizations, as well as general investor reporting
  • Collaborate with third-party fund administrators to ensure seamless operations
  • Liaise with the asset management team to report on fund performance and provide financial insights
  • Conduct financial due diligence on target investments to ensure alignment with our investment strategy
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Have experience in audit or fund accounting, preferably with a Private Equity funds client base or in-house fund services provider
  • Be able to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
