About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Circle Health Group as a Porter - Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking driving duties and a range of general and ad hoc portering tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake driving duties as requested, ensuring the safe transportation of patients, equipment, and goods.
  • Undertake a range of general and ad hoc portering tasks, including patient, equipment, and goods movement, monitoring CCTV systems, and providing a courteous service to internal and external customers.
  • Explain hospital facilities and services to patients and family members when escorting them to rooms or other hospital areas.

Requirements

  • Front line customer facing experience.
  • Previous portering experience in a healthcare, hotel, or hospitality setting would be beneficial.
  • Full driving license.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
