Job Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team, responsible for achieving a high standard of care and leading the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective communication and accurate reporting
  • Leading the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensuring adherence to care procedures and policies
  • Administering and recording medicines according to policy and statutory requirements
  • Providing personal care and emotional support to residents
  • Carrying out staff supervision and appraisals
  • Implementing changes in routine and procedures as agreed with the Manager
  • Assessing prospective clients and residents
  • Participating in training and development of staff
