Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Qualified Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring classroom continuity during teacher absences, supervising and supporting students across various subjects, and creating a productive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes engaged in assignments from teachers across various subjects.
- Provide guidance and support to individual students or small groups.
- Manage student behavior to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Ensure students remain focused and on track to meet lesson objectives.
- Assist students facing difficulties with cover lesson tasks.
- Offer pastoral support to individual students under the guidance of a Head of Year or SENCO.

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
