Assembly Operative Vacancy

We are recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join our team at our Buckinghamshire site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to team efforts to meet production targets.

Job Description:
  1. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Product Quality: Verify that all products meet quality standards through regular checks and audits.
  3. Team Support: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
  • Industrial Experience: Previous experience working in an industrial setting is necessary.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve shared objectives.
  • Basic Hand Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools is required for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is vital for ensuring product quality.
Working Hours and Remuneration:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30-17:00
Friday: 07:30-11:30 (overtime available after 11:30)
Saturday: available as overtime 07:00-12:00
This position comes with a salary of £23.25 per hour.
