Your Role

As a General Manager in Training, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and operational skills, working closely with our experienced General Managers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and coaching other managers on how to partner with the General Manager on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluations of team members and supervisors.
  • Providing regular performance feedback and recognition to team members.
  • Assisting the General Manager in executing administrative duties, including P&L, budgets, and cost controls related to food, beverage, and labor goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
