Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Crooton Ltd. In this role, you will travel across your region to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each shift at every location meets our high clinical standards. Your responsibilities will include making sure new residents settle in well, helping advance your team members' skills, and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

This role involves traveling within a 60-mile radius of our care home, with mileage paid. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.

About You:

To succeed as a Clinical Care Specialist, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is essential, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including safe medicine administration and NMC standards.

A successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is also required. You will be dedicated and ambitious, leading by example with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to motivate teams in each care home.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £21.35 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including NMC registration paid annually, free training and development, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
