Apprentice Chef Opportunity
As a Production Chef Trainee at Greene King, you will be working towards a nationally recognized qualification in culinary arts. You will have the chance to develop your skills in the kitchen, learning from experienced chefs and gaining hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to company specifications
- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Stay up to date with new products, menus, and promotions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

About the Apprenticeship:
You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months. This apprenticeship includes a mixture of on-the-job training, workshops, and webinars to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
