Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to the service user, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support the service user's clinical care requirements, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication.
- Contribute to a safe and peaceful environment, promoting a restful night's sleep.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
- 3 months previous care experience, preferably in complex care.
- Medication administration training and experience.
- Personal care and moving and handling skills.
- Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible hours.
Benefits
- Competitive pay rates, including £15.00 per hour and £162-£180 per 12-hour night shift.
