We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of offshore wind construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore wind construction, with a preference for those who have worked on European offshore wind projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of construction professionals.
  • Preparing and presenting regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field - or extensive demonstrable experience in Construction Management relating to Offshore Wind.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore wind construction.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the European offshore wind sector.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore wind construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
  • Offshore Medical + Chester Step current or previously held (will require at some stage).
  • Experience with European offshore wind construction projects.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) - Desirable.
