We're looking for a skilled Risk Advisory Professional to join our team at ASEL GROUP. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in designing and delivering fully bespoke and integrated security solutions.

As a key member of our relief security staff, you'll assess and identify vulnerabilities, and work proactively to minimize risk. You'll also liaise with management and local authorities when necessary, complete colleague and contractor searches, and digitally report incidents.

With a strong focus on risk advisory practices, you'll utilize data and insight to identify and mitigate risks, inform strategy, prevent crime, and reduce costs. This is a relief position, which means you'll work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Your hourly rate will be between £11.00 per hour, depending on the site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering bespoke security solutions
  • Assessing and identifying vulnerabilities
  • Liaising with management and local authorities
  • Completing colleague and contractor searches
  • Digitally reporting incidents

Effective communication is essential in this role, including providing detailed verbal and written accounts of criminal activity. You must have a valid SIA licence to apply, and previous experience in a retail security role is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

Please note that you must have a current SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
