We are seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Warwick Arts Centre. This role will play a key part in shaping our digital strategy and overseeing all digital communications across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all events and editorial content are accurately loaded and up-to-date
  • Developing and implementing digital projects to drive growth, including UX design, SEO and conversion rate optimisation
  • Managing relationships with external digital partners
  • Providing strategic guidance to colleagues on user experience, CRM optimisation and content strategy based on brand message

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

  • Excellent experience of managing complex websites, coordinating across multiple teams and external partners
  • Experience in delivering digital projects and content management centred on user experience and data-driven analysis
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of language for multiple communication channels
  • Experience in web and digital optimisation projects
