About the Job
We are currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team at the Boots Store in Fosse Park, Leicester. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the store team
  3. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing effective solutions
  4. Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction ratings

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has previous experience in a similar role, such as Account Manager or Business Manager
  • Is knowledgeable about the fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
